A password of your own
Registration requires at least 12 characters. Choose a unique password and keep it private. Your screen name is not a password, and Support does not need your password to understand a problem. Sign out when using a shared computer so another person cannot act through your session.
Recovering your account
Use the recovery form to request a link at your account email address. Links expire after 30 minutes, can be used once and replace earlier recovery links. A successful reset signs out existing account sessions. It does not shorten an account break. For help, contact hello@keddiemedia.com.
