Account information
Registration stores your email, screen name, a hashed password, date of birth, UK eligibility, and the time and version of accepted terms. It also stores your fictional-credit balance, round history, favourites, game preferences, reminder settings and any account break. Passwords are not stored as plain text.
Guest visits
A random session identifier links your browser to temporary guest state in server memory. Guest balances and rounds are not written to the account database. They expire after two hours, are deleted when you end the visit and are lost if the service restarts. No email or date of birth is collected for guest play.
Why information is used
Account data enables sign-in, age and region declarations, saved balances, game history, support and your chosen controls. Optional Google Analytics measures visits to public pages only when you allow analytics. Advertising and third-party sign-in tools are not enabled. Game and image assets are hosted on this site. Cloudflare provides content delivery and security; connection information and server request logs support operation and abuse prevention.
Support and recovery
Support requests contain your reply email, topic, message and a reference. Brevo delivers support and password-recovery emails. ImprovMX forwards messages sent to hello@keddiemedia.com to the monitored inbox. These providers process the addressing and message information needed for delivery. Do not submit passwords, payment details or identification documents.
Storage and retention
Account and support records are stored in the application database. Account records remain until deletion is requested and processed. Scheduled daily maintenance removes expired sessions and reset tokens, local mail captures older than 24 hours, and support and delivery records older than 90 days. Rolling database backups are retained for 15 days. Recovery links expire after 30 minutes and are single-use; only a digest of a live recovery token is stored in the database.
Your choices
Manage reminder settings from your profile and account breaks in Player Care. Request access, correction or deletion through Support or hello@keddiemedia.com. Browser favourites can be removed by untapping the heart or clearing browser storage.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare, Brevo and ImprovMX may process connection or message information in countries outside the United Kingdom. Their processing is limited to the delivery, security and email functions described above. Contact hello@keddiemedia.com with questions about these data flows.
Optional Google Analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics receives public page addresses, page titles, campaign information and technical browser information to help us understand visits. We exclude account, guest-play, recovery and support pages, signed-in visits, form values and private search terms. The Google tag script loads with measurement disabled until you allow analytics. Google may process information outside the United Kingdom. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals remain off. Use Storage preferences in the footer to reject analytics or withdraw permission at any time.
